Pocket Hold'em is designed as an offline-first poker learning app. Altai Ventures does not require an account to use the app and does not operate a backend service for gameplay, coaching, hand history, avatars, or settings.

We do not collect, sell, rent, or share personal information from Pocket Hold'em users.

Game progress, selected settings, practice history, and other app state are stored locally on your device. Altai Ventures cannot access that local data.

Pocket Hold'em may request access to your photo library if you choose to customize an in-app avatar. Photos you select are used only on your device for that feature.

If a permission is optional, declining it will not prevent you from using the core poker learning features.

Pocket Hold'em does not include third-party advertising SDKs, cross-app tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs.

Apple may provide aggregated App Store metrics to developers, such as download counts or crash diagnostics, under Apple's own terms and privacy policy.

Pocket Hold'em is a poker education and practice app. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Because app data is stored locally on your device, deleting the app will remove local Pocket Hold'em data from that device according to iOS behavior.

We may update this policy if Pocket Hold'em adds new features or data handling practices. The latest version will be posted on this page.
